The Only Data We See
When you download Reloom from the App Store, Apple handles the transaction. We might see:

The bottom line: Even this basic information can't be connected to your reflections or identity.
About Notifications
When you enable daily reminders, here's what happens:
1. You Set Your Time
You choose when you want to be reminded to reflect. This preference is stored only on your device.
2. Your iPhone Schedules the Reminder
iOS handles the scheduling locally. Reloom tells your phone "show this notification at this time" and that's it.
3. You See the Daily Question
The notification shows you the actual reflection question for that day. This happens entirely on your device.
Important: While Apple's notification system may process delivery data according to their privacy policy, Reloom never sends your personal reflections through notifications—only the daily questions that are already built into the app.
Your Rights and Control
Right to Your Data
All your reflections are yours. Export them anytime through the app's settings.
Right to Delete
Use the "Reset All Data" feature to permanently delete everything, or just delete the app.
Right to Privacy
We can't access your reflections because they're not stored on our servers.

Technical Details
How Your Data is Stored
Reloom uses iOS's built-in database system (SwiftData) to store your reflections locally on your device. This means:

Your data is encrypted using your device's security features

It's included in your iPhone backups (if you have them enabled)

Deleting the app deletes all your data permanently

Children's Privacy

Your reflections are your personal data, and they stay under your control on your device. We can't process what we can't access.

We don't sell personal information because we don't collect it. Your data isn't our business model.
